Frequently Asked Questions
Unlimited Regular Washes is a $29.99 (plus tax where applicable) per month plan that allows your car to have unlimited regular washes at participating locations. Unlimited Ultimate Washes is a $49.99 (plus tax where applicable) per month plan that allows your car to have unlimited ultimate washes at participating locations. We will add an RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) tag to your windshield which scans each time you come through. It’s that easy!
Your credit card will be charged every month onyour registration anniversary date (renewal date). See terms and conditions for more details.
Yes, each vehicle needs its own membership.
You can cancel your membership at any time after your first payment by emailing [email protected] or filling out the cancellation form at the kiosk at the store where you registered. See terms and conditions for more details.
We must receive your notice of cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to your renewal date. If we do not receive your cancellation within seven (7) days prior to your renewal date, your participation in the Program will not terminate until the end of the next billing cycle.
You can transfer the pass to a new vehicle once per year free of charge. See an associate at the car wash location to make the transfer.
There is a $10 fee for replacing a damaged RFID tag.
